You will mostly be working out of our clients' office, but return to the SQLI office every now and then for training, team meetings or teambuilding activities. 

Your responsibilities as a senior SAP CRM/C4C consultant

  • SAP CRM and C4C implementation and support projects
  • Functional consulting of different Customer Engagement projects with a large focus on customer facing and communication with different stakeholders
  • Communication with business & key users to map their requirements and propose the most suitable solutions
  • Technical consulting in which you will focus on customization and configuration of the proposed solutions
  • Communication and clear documentation of the specifications for the technical team
  • Assisting in the go live of validated solutions
  • Providing knowledge sharing and expertise towards the internal team of consultants

Profile:

Having a consultant mindset is very important for us: teamwork, flexibility and a customer facing attitude.
Other requirements include:

  • Over 6 years of experience on SAP CRM, C4C solutions or other software platforms such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, ...
  • A strong background in general of SAP from a technical standpoint and knowledge of various SAP functionalities
  • A good mixture of technical/functional knowledge and in depth Customer Engagement processes
  • The ability to communicate complex technical content in an understandable way towards the customer and stakeholders
  • Excellent customer focused mindset and the capability to organize numerous priorities well
  • Excellent skills in English and French or Dutch is mandatory (both verbal and written)
