CHALLENGES

Positioning our services both at existing accounts and at prospects, with the help of a truly great team of consultants who love what they do and are proud of it, you will be part of our Sales team and report to the Sales Director.

 

· Lead generation

  • o Hunt for leads through research on social media, cold calls, partnerships…
  • o Attend business events representing SQLI and setting proper client expectations

· Leads qualification

  • o Visit prospects under supervision at first, autonomously in a next phase
  • o Detect and report on identified opportunities
  • o Define follow-up actions together with the sales team

· Follow-up sales cycles with engagement team

  • o Support demo organization
  • o Support proposal writing
  • o Keep commercial contact with prospect during this critical phase

· Participate to deal closing

  • o Participate to negotiation meetings
  • o Follow-up contracting phase

· Progressively taking ownership and accountability for the whole sales process, from lead detection to deal closing (for new and existing assigned accounts)

· Growing your accounts portfolio year by year

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Excellent Dutch, French and English communication skills
  • Proven B2B sales experience of 4-5 years, preferably within the IT business in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Strong technical interest
  • Challenge seeker, constantly searching for new business opportunities with a true hunter mentality
  • Dynamic, proactive with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent presentation skills
