Administrative assistant (20h/week)

Our consultants are mostly working out of our clients' office, but return to the SQLI office every now and then for training, team meetings or teambuilding activities. 

Your responsibilities as administrative assistant

We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades with a talent for numbers to reinforce our team part-time (20h/week). What are your duties? 

  • Administration: follow-up and handling of correspondence and e-mails, entering various project data, filing, ...
    Accounting: first point of contact for invoicing within our office, booking and filing purchase and sales invoices, ...
    Office and catering: carrying out searches, requesting prices from suppliers, placing orders, point of contact for suppliers, etc.
    Reception: of customers and visitors, and telephone permanence (answering phones and possibly redirecting them to the right person), managing the conference rooms, ...

Profile:

Having a consultant mindset is very important for us: teamwork, flexibility and a customer facing attitude.
Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
    You are communicative and customer friendly
    You're a crack at administrative work
    You can work independently and accurately.
    You can easily work with MS Office (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
    You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (oral and written).
